Located within the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, Brasserie Palmier brings a taste of Paris to Bangkok.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you already know how much I love both Thailand and France—so this felt like the perfect mix. I’ve actually been here twice, and both visits were just as enjoyable. The first time, I was really impressed by how refined and well put together the menu was.

The space itself is just as lovely, with elegant décor, soft lighting, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The menu focuses on classic French dishes, full of rich flavors and beautifully balanced textures.

Beginning our culinary journey with delectable appetizers such as the Oyster tasting plate, succulent Sauteed Frog, and the classic Oeuf Cocotte. For our main course, indulge in the timeless Palmier Steak frites, where perfectly grilled beef meets crispy golden fries, and the Grilled tuna with Ratatouille that captures the essence of the French Riviera.

The dessert menu is a sweet symphony, featuring classic French pastries such as the Classic French Profiteroles with Ice Cream Filling and Warm Chocolate Sauce Topping

& La vie en Rose Sorbet.

Brasserie Palmier's exceptional service complements the exquisite cuisine, with attentive staff ensuring that your every need is met. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking an unforgettable dining experience, this Parisian gem in the heart of Bangkok will leave you with lasting memories and a profound appreciation for the art of French gastronomy.
