Set high above the vibrant skyline of Bangkok, Breeze by Lebua offers an unforgettable dining experience that blends refined cuisine with one of the most breathtaking river views in the city. Located within the iconic Lebua at State Tower, this open-air restaurant truly lives up to its name—“Breeze" —as a gentle wind softly touches your face while you dine under the stars.

We had a perfectly set table outdoors, where the ambiance was simply magical. The combination of spectacular weather, elegant setting, and panoramic views over the Chao Phraya River created an unforgettable atmosphere from the very beginning. As we sat down, we were welcomed with a thoughtful selection of sauces—ranging from mild to spicy—allowing each dish to be personalized to your taste.
The evening unfolded with the chef’s tasting menu, each course beautifully paired with wine. We began with a delicate Japanese seared Hokkaido Scallop and stuffed shrimp, enhanced with balloon flower, pickled truffle, and foie gras oil. Paired with a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand (2024), it was a refined and elegant start.

Next came the Crispy orange Chicken, elevated with orange sauce, finger lime, and ripe papaya—perfectly complemented by a Minuty Prestige Rosé from France (2024). The balance of flavors was both vibrant and harmonious.

As the third plate, we were served Wok-fried Grouper with orange peel and black bean sauce, a dish full of depth and rich, comforting flavors. This course was beautifully paired with a Bollinger Rosé from France, adding a fresh and elegant contrast to the savory notes of the dish.

For the main course, we indulged in a Wagyu Beef Tenderloin served with tomato sauce and wild mushroom jasmine rice. This rich and flavorful dish was paired beautifully with Pagodes de Cos, Bordeaux (2017), adding depth and sophistication to the experience.

To conclude, the dessert was nothing short of spectacular: a Chocolate Banana creation featuring chocolate parfait, chocolate sablé, vanilla whipped ganache, caramelized banana, and banana ice cream. Paired with a Chenin Blanc from France (2020), it was the perfect sweet finale.

What makes this experience even more special is that Breeze is consistently recognized as one of the best dining destinations in Bangkok and beyond. Over the years, it has received numerous prestigious awards and recognition, including:
